  • Order Cancellations

    You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.

    Refunds

    Personalised Products

    Due to the nature of personalised products, once an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.

    Digital Purchases

    Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

    Physical Items

    We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if there is any damage to a physical order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out to [email protected] with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

    Returns

    You can return unwanted purchases for a refund as long as you do so within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the same condition as vou received them and in their original packaging. Unfortunately. we won't be able to refund the original shipping fees or the cost of sending the goods back to us.

  • All prices quoted on the Website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. All prices are accurate at the time of online publication. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

  • Protecting my customers’ personal information is crucially important to my business and something I take very seriously. For these reasons, I share your personal information only for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

      - With Etsy. I share your information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use;

  • Any discount codes available to use on our Website are subject to change at our discretion and only one discount code can be applied per order.

    We reserve the right to exclude any items from live promotions and amend the expiry date, without warning. Discount codes cannot be used on outlet, bundles or furniture items (unless specified).

  • We take every care to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible, however we do not warrant that these descriptions are accurate. Where we become aware of any incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. Furthermore, while our photography is a close representation of a product’s colour, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the equipment used to access the Website.

    Standard shipping is 2nd Class Royal Mail, unless you choose different shipping options at checkout.

    Outside of the UK items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked service. Expected delivery time - 5-7 working days, but may be subject to factors outside of my control, such as postal strikes. Thank you for your patience.

    Customs duties and/or import taxes mav apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Limited Edition Products & Pre-Order Purchases

    Pre-Order Reservation:

    You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to update any of this information.

    Price & Payment:

    You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.

    Shipping & Estimated Delivery Dates:

    Where a popular product is out of stock or the launch of a new product collection is imminent, we may offer you the opportunity to place a pre-order based on an estimated delivery date.

    In order to reserve the stock for you we will take payment at the time you place your order. Although we endeavor to provide accurate estimated delivery dates, there are times when circumstances out of our control cause these dates to change.

    Where an estimated delivery date changes and you have placed a pre-order we will contact you to keep you updated on the change. Kate Frances Designs cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if an estimated due in stock date changes. Your legal right to cancel applies to pre-orders.

    The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.

    Cancellation:

    Buyer or Seller may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price without interest. If Kate Frances Designs cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.
